Overview
We connect our community with basic needs resources when needed (including access to food banks, mental health services, and banks). At least 30% of our team has been impacted by foster care. Generally, this population is highly affected by poverty. We run a program called the Foster Your Greatness Master Class that focuses on teaching people the skills to change generational cycles - including cycles of poverty. Our curriculum addresses trauma, which is unique from other programs serving this population.

We offer regular yoga classes to our team members. In the Master Class, participants are connected with a coach. This person builds their network of support, further strengthening the resources available to support their well-being. During the Master Class, participants develop a self-care plan with the help of their coach. Additionally, we have tools, such as Therapy Notebooks, that we offer for free to our team to better understand depression, anxiety, and sleep challenges.
